You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by emototo. Contact our support team via the in-app help channel or email (provided below). Include your emototo username and the specific data you request to be deleted. We will verify your identity and review your request in line with applicable data protection laws. Note that we retain certain data (transaction history, identity verification records) for legal and anti-money-laundering compliance. We will confirm deletion of all eligible data and provide you with a summary of what has been removed. Allow up to 30 days for your request to be processed.

No. emototo operates a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered with different names but the same payment method, or accounts using shared devices are not permitted. When you register, our system checks your email, phone number, and identity details against existing accounts. If you attempt to create a second account, our verification process will detect the duplicate and close it. If you already have an emototo account and need to update your information, contact support. Do not open a new account; ask us to modify your existing one instead.

Payments and transactions

The fastest way to reach emototo support is through the in-app chat feature, available 24/7. For email inquiries, include your emototo username, the nature of your question, and any relevant transaction details. We respond to support emails in English within one business day. Email is best used for complex issues, data requests, or legal inquiries that require documentation. Yes. emototo accepts deposits from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you select "Bank Transfer" in the deposit flow, we generate a unique virtual-account number for your emototo account. Transfer the amount from your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment mobile app or internet banking to this virtual account. The deposit appears in your emototo balance within minutes of the transfer. For withdrawals, we return funds to the same online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment account you used for your deposit. Virtual-account transfers are free. If you have questions about your specific bank's transfer process, contact your bank's customer service; we can also assist via in-app support.

Deposits via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet are instant. Go to the emototo deposit page and select your preferred e-wallet. Enter the amount and proceed to checkout. You are redirected to the e-wallet app or browser interface to confirm the payment. Once approved, the funds appear in your emototo balance immediately. We also support mobile banking, local payment, and online payment (scan-and-pay). For e-wallet, open your banking app, scan the code displayed on emototo, and approve the payment. Withdrawals to mobile banking, local payment, or online payment reverse to the same account within a standard processing window. Demo mode is available for selected slot games on emototo. In demo mode, you play with virtual balance (not real money) so you can learn game mechanics risk-free. Real-money play requires you to sign in with your emototo account and have a verified balance.
