Common installation issues

If you download the emototo APK on Android and see a warning like "Cannot install—unknown source," you must enable Unknown sources in Settings → Security. Some devices label this option differently (e.g., "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow installation of apps from unknown sources"). Once enabled, retry the installation. If you receive a "Certificate not trusted" error, this usually means your device's date and time are incorrect—check and correct them in Settings, then retry. On iOS, if the emototo.fun page does not load, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then revisit the site. If you forget your emototo password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen; we send a reset link to your registered email within minutes.

Data, permissions, and account security

We protect your emototo account with industry-standard encryption. When you log in, your password travels securely between your phone and our servers. The emototo app requests permission to access your device's storage (to cache app data), camera (for document verification during KYC), and notifications (for odds and match alerts). You can revoke these permissions anytime in Settings; doing so may limit certain features. We never sell your personal data.
